its been a long, long time!

Hey everyone i was going through some family videos from the holiday season last year... and just thought that i would share them with you! It is amazing to see how quickly the grand-kids grow!

Sad Day

Today was sort of a sad day, because it is the day we had to say goodbye to my sister Julie, her husband Harley and their 1 year old daughter/our little bug Lauren!!! They left between 7:30-8:00 this morning, and are on their way to Lubbock Texas, by way of Utah to say goodbye to Harley's family. I am not sure what else to say except that I am going to miss having my sister being so close. Besides the time she went to Mexico we haven't been more then 5 or 6 hours apart, or at least only a couple of states. This last year has been really fun having her live in Rexburg...especially because it was the same year I started college at BYU-I. Whenever I needed something, she was there for me. Julie took me to my dentist appointments with Dr Stroble even though I probably could of walked. And when I say appointments with an s I mean it, I must have seen him 4 times in a period of 3 weeks. She also helped me study for my Humanities tests twice, even though I couldn't spell Renaissance or any other name worth beans and then comforted me when I had a melt down about the test, Harley even came over and gave me a blessing. She gave me rides everywhere and even let me do laundry at her apartment. It was also way fun to be able to see Lauren grow up, Harley is going to have to clean his guns/ cannon when she goes out on dates, because I have a feeling she'll be as attractive as her mommy, besides the good genes she got from her grandma, aunt Melissa and Katie!! It was also wonderful to witness how well the three of them work as a family, and I know they will do well in Texas and what ever they do. I am so Glad Melissa started the "help your little sister at college" program because it has truly been passed down to me! I am also glad I was able to grow up a little so that we could get along better and talk about things in each other lives. I am going to miss the Babcock family!! But I am glad I am not losing all my siblings at once! I still have Sean and his family and Melissa and her family still kind of close in Utah!! Well I love you all and I hope to keep posting on my blog!!

i guess i have a blog now!

Well it seems like now a days everyone has a blog... so i thought why don't I have one of my own? I am a part of a family one... but why not my own? Anyways of course I made it pink, and hopefully i'll keep it up to date with pictures and such so no one feels out of my loop!! lol!!
